The Raw-Brut is not dosed, ik means, we do not add sugar tot the shipping-liquer, this bring him in the gross natural category. Shoter in the mounth, the Brut Brut can express all minerality.

  • All our cuvées are elaborated according to the traditional method, that means, with a second fermentation in bottle. Thid whine stays between 12 and 15 months on slats.
    Reserved to lovers of very raw products, this wine is a perfect accompaniment to oysters and as aperitif.
  • Not dosed in sugar( less than 2g/l), it is an extra-gross, or a Brut nature.
  • The Ruffus Chardonnay Brut Sauvage won gold in 2008 at the Wordl Wine Competition (in Bordeaux), in 2013 (in Bratislava, Slovaquie) and in 2016 (in Plovdiv, Bulgarie).

         Toutes les cuvées sont élaborées selon la méthode traditionnelle, c’est-à-dire avec une deuxième fermentation en bouteille. Cette cuvée reste
         entre 12 et 15 mois sur lattes.
Bouche:
          Ce raisin profite de la richesse calcaire exceptionnelle de notre coteau pour exprimer toute sa minéralité et la palette d’arômes qui lui est propre    
          (beurre, toast, pomme).
          Joli, velouté et doux de ton. Agréablement pointu à la Fin.
